  Had a beverage that tasted like chemicals. It was like they didnt rinse the tea urn before brewing. Tried to call the location to inform them but got a generic voicemail in Arkansas. The location does not have a phone, you cannot call them to inform them of issues. My drink was delivered to me at work because I could not leave work. The next day I told the attendant who took my order and I basically got an "oh, that sucks." I told the attendant at the window and she assured me my drink would be free the next day, she said she talked to her shift lead and not to worry. Today I relayed that to the attendant taking my order who went to some guy in a pink polo shirt. The attendant came back and said I would have had to bring it back the day it happened to get another drink. I explained that would have been impossible, the drink had to be delivered to me because I was unable to leave work. They basically shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. Just a warning to anyone who may end up in a similar situation. Poor customer service.

  First time and last time for 7 brew. I wanted a chiller. Told the guy if he could get it to taste like McDonald's Frappuccino. He told me about the blonde and I a told him I wasn't a big fan of carmel use mocha instead. That didn't happen. When I ask him what size smalls where he said 8 Oz and mediums were 10oz. I thought ok that's odd. So I got a medium. Got my chiller and left. I was assuming a chiller would be like the shaved ice mixed in but it was liquid like ice coffee. I was disappointed I paid 7.00 for nothing I wanted.
