  Takes forever if you use curbside like 30 minutes ridiculous I don’t think they place much emphasis on curbside food not hot either

  this is the nearest one to my house and i can't tell you how many time now i have had an issue where they tell you to pull up to the fence or got to a spot and i have sat there for 15 mins just to have to walk inside and figure out they forgot a lot about my order. the night shift has their stuff on point, gotta give them their flowers bc they very much deserve it and they are the only reason they are getting 2 stars. if i could rate day shift and night shift separately you would this its 2 different locations. but during the day it's nothing less of a nightmare.

  They should rename the drive through “please pull forward” never once have I actually gotten my food at the drive through window, constantly pulling into the mobile order spots and waiting on an employee to then bring the food out. Pretty pointless to have a drive through if you’re not going to be able to have the food ready when the customer pulls up.

  I have no issues when picking up deliveries for Doordash, but picking up my own food was a pain today. I pulled into curbside spot 1 right next to the handicap spots, placed my order on the app, and waited. I noticed it was taking a while so I checked my email, my confirmation was for 12:18pm. I went in and let them know I'd been waiting for over 20 minutes and was told they "couldn't find me". I said "I was in spot 1?" They claimed there wasn't a car there when it was ready. I told them how I parked first and then placed the order so there's no way. I'm driving a navy Nissan Pathfinder which is a decent size SUV but somehow I couldn't be found? I got my food and the matter felt shrugged off. Someone didn't look very hard if at all.
