  I came into Dunkin, all jolly to try my favorite drink, the brown sugar shaken espresso with 2 matcha scoops, and the worker with blonde hair. She was being so rude, she told me I had to wait for about another 25 minutes knowing there was nobody there. I was the only person in the line inside, I was so embarrassed by the fact that she is only 16, and acting like an immature brat. I will NEVER come back to this Dunkin, due to the fact that the amount of money and time wasted inside of this coffee place, just to have to wait 45+ minutes for 3 drinks. I cannot imagine how someone would feel if that was them waiting for those drinks.

  Let’s just start with the fact that this Dunkin is always super slow when it comes to their drive thru. We did a mobile order for a dozen donuts and when we go to the speaker they said they were finishing them up. So we waited and waited and finally when we got to the window they told us someone had stole the donuts from the lobby. How does that happen when we selected drive thru as our pickup method?

  Went inside to grab my mobile order; they sat around talking (big blonde girl, dude with red hair, after about 10 minutes I walked up knowing those drinks were mine and asked to have them remade since they had watered down, Once I asked that, the big girl caught an attitude saying I should have just gone through the drive thru, even though I placed it to go. She remade 2/4 drinks, and the ones she did remake she left about two inches from the drink to the top of the cup. If you dont want to work and do your job properly dont even show up.

  I did a mobile order for 4 people at work at this location, and when I got there the place was PACKED. Drive thru line was outrageous, tons of people inside. I walked inside and was greeted with the kindest employees. They had tickets down the wall there were so many and they were working like a well oiled machine. All the employees were pitching in and taking care of things and trading off tasks to get everyone's orders done as quickly as possible. They were polite, professional, and even calm, which I would have been a chaotic stressed mess if I was dealing with half the rush they were. I am extremely impressed and these people deserved to be recognized for how well they are functioning even under immense pressure!

  If you go to a Dunkin for coffee, DO NOT go to this one. A few months ago, I was the only one in the drive-thru, waited for 5 to 10 minutes for my order of one hot medium mocha, and was handed a sticky and messy cup out the window without a word. Then, a few days ago, my wife treated herself to a fancy iced coffee, and the girl on the intercom practically demanded that stuff be added to the drink. Taken aback and not knowing what to do or say, my wife added caramel, and a few other things that were suggested by the girl, to the drink, which pretty much ruined it. Service was once again very slow as well. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
