I looked so forward to go to the buffet. I was excited about the pasta. We called to find out what time buffet was open (11:30-1). We got there at 12 and what pasta was left was burnt/dried out against the bottom of the pan. There was very little to no pizza that me or my wife preferred because they were all pretty much the same thing. The waitress asked if everything was okay and if she hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have said anything. I pointed out that what pizza that was on the bar was the same just some fresher than others and I was told they have a schedule and couldn’t request anything. Apparently replacing burnt pasta isn’t on the schedule because I asked. So as I proceed to wait for the next 25 minutes for a new pizza to be added to the bar in one of the two empty spots for a pizza nothing came out as I watched flies reproduce in the burnt pasta on the bar really made me sick. Pizza Hut I’ve lost hope in you. You were once my favorite childhood memory and now are the place that puts out a couple almost exactly same pizzas that nobody wants and burnt pasta out in an hour and a half and calls it a buffet. R.I.P.

Only question I have is why do they charge a TIP for carry out orders? I understand if I ate at the restaurant and my waitress/waiter brought out my food, drinks brought back refills ect. But, I walk in get my pizza walk out.... exactly who am I tipping?
