  Food Is always wrong and they are always out of stuff . Service was terrible. Guy that was ringing me up I guess just rang up w.e he wanted to cause it wasn't anything I ordered. And the team just stood around all confused. I also seen a girl touch her clothes and her phone with no gloves. Just so unsanitary to me! While making food you should have on gloves

  Didn’t get any of my order right after pickup, watched him make the food and then when it was finished left it on the counter to mess with a group of people he may have been friends with so it took extra time to get the order as it just sat there and he knew we were waiting on it. I asked for chicken in my beefy 5 layer, and he gave me ground beef, but only a little bit. Then with my online order I customized my order and he gave me all jalapeño and no steak on my crunch wrap. No onions no extra cheese. Nothing I asked for. I have never had to write a review on a restaurant. I’m so sick of the terrible service. I was avoiding going to Danville. This happened 2/27/2026 around 8:00 PM.

  Always slow, drinks suck. Walked in the other day for my lunch break, no one acknowledged us or took our orders. Waited about 10 minutes. Shoild have left sooner but wanted the bell. Its most likely the shift you go in.

  The food has greatly improved but it doesn’t matter how many times you request no lettuce or tomato they will always put lettuce and tomato
