    This McDonald's has poor management. This location needs a remodel in management that is not family or in a relationship with other management. The atmosphere here is not family oriented. It's always tense inside. I thought McDonald's was known to be all about family. What happened at this location???

    I ordered the $12.29 meal deal that included 2 Cheeseburgers, a 20-piece Chicken McNuggets®, and 2 Medium Fries. When I received my order, I was only given the 2 cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries. I was also charged for 2 BBQ sauces and 2 Hot Mustard sauces, which would normally accompany the nuggets. When I asked where the Chicken McNuggets were, I was told that I had not ordered them. I attempted to show the employee the order on my phone, but instead of reviewing it, I was yelled at. Neither the employees nor the manager showed any interest in looking at my order confirmation. I was told that the code I used was only for reward points, despite the fact that selecting the promotion in the app generated a code specifically to be used inside the restaurant. Rather than investigating the issue, staff treated me as though I was trying to obtain food that I had not paid for, even though I had ordered and paid for the advertised meal. After being yelled at and treated disrespectfully, I requested a refund. Once the refund was processed, I was told to “take your money and get out.” I was also informed that I would not receive an apology because I was supposedly “yelling.” My understandable frustration was used as justification for the staff’s unprofessional behavior and poor treatment. I strongly encourage management to review the security camera footage and audio recordings from this incident. The behavior displayed by both the employees and the manager was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. This negative experience actually began when my family entered the restaurant. We stood at the counter for approximately 10 minutes without being acknowledged. My wife remained at the counter while I took our son to the restroom, and when I returned, she still had not been assisted. When we politely asked whether we should place our order using the kiosk, the same employee, a woman wearing a red shirt, responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating that she would help us when she was ready. Throughout the entire interaction, this employee was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. The manager’s response was equally disappointing. Rather than working to resolve the issue, both immediately became defensive and showed no concern for customer service or finding a solution. As a business owner myself, I understand that employees represent the company and have a direct impact on customer experience. Unfortunately, this location appears to have staff members who are more focused on avoiding responsibility than providing service. Customers should not be treated with hostility when trying to resolve a legitimate issue with their order. After this experience, I reviewed the restaurant’s online ratings and noticed it currently holds a 3-star rating on Google. Based on my experience, that rating appears to be well deserved. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to address the conduct of the employees and management involved.

    Absolute worst experience I ever had at any McDonald’s will never be back even the manager was very nasty and told my family to take our refund and never come back very unprofessional from the time we entered the establishment

    We are from out of town. We come today for a cardiologist appointment for my little boy. We live hours away so we have to leave very early. We’re starved by the time we leave. We did have a whole lot of money. But with my points, we were able to get enough food to feed six people. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was HOT, tasted fresh, and was brought out in a very timely manner. I haven’t ever been a fan of McDonald’s but I am of this one. Well done!
