The $1.99 slider was wonderful. What I was looking forward to was white cheddar Mac and cheese. Very disappointing. $5 for a very small portion that was not cooked. Noodles were worse than el dente... They were really undercooked. Threw it away and had to stop somewhere else for lunch. I live near this Arby's and the only thing that is consistent is the sandwiches. I'm gonna stop trying anything else. Or just stop going all together.

The store looked like a tornado had ripped through it and it wasn’t even busy. The floor in the corner booths looked like a large drink had been spilled it was all over the floor and pooled under the large window-and the tables were very dirty. We only stopped so we could get a baked potato but of course they were out of them. The young man at the counter told us between 2-3 pm is when they are fresh. Oookkk. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch combo and my friend ordered a hot ham melt combo- we both had sweet tea for the drink. We had to wait 5 minutes for our sandwiches and were told our fries would be a few more minutes. The tea was not sweet and was watered down, both of our sandwiches were decent but as soon as they called us to pick them up at the counter, Safari Pest Management entered the building and took his canister of bug spray straight to the kitchen. Talk about losing your appetite!! And on a Sunday?? Must have been an emergency. . When the lady came out with our fries, she first went to the wrong table then when I yelled it was ours, obviously the fries had been re-fried they were not edible. As I am writing, they sent a crew member out to mop the mess beside us and where an elderly couple were trying to eat. Just unsanitary conditions all the way around. Needless to say this trip was a HUGE disappointment and we both decided we would not be returning to this restaurant ever again. Please get a manager who cares about their job and the health and satisfaction of customers that spend $30 for an unedible mess. DO BETTER ARBY’S.

Service is terrible thru the drive thru especially later in the evening. One car in front of me and waited for 20 minutes.
