  Been coming to this store since the 1980's. It has been through some rough times, but whatever they have going on now is an ABSOLUTE STRUGGLE. The positive reviews must be from friends and family. New management is obvious. Out of dough, toppings, pasta, something all the time. Like, I dont just leave bad reviews, willy nilly, especiallyin a small town. However, undercooked food on obviously incorrect dough for the item is just the start. It is not edible over and over. Not just one bad experience. The quality of the food has dropped precipitously in the past 6 to 9 months. Unreal drop off and quickly. I wish we had a decent pizza joint, where they cared about the pies. I dont need you to be personable, and you are not, but id like decent food on one out of five attempts. Please fix your issues, there is nothing else here.

  This is the 3rd time I’ve been to the “new and improved location” and this is the 3rd time I’ve been waiting more than 10 mins from the original pick up time and last time I came I was waiting for over 20 mins past I’ll say since they revamped this location the pizza tastes a little better but it takes forever and there’s random candy all over the counter and open drink containers everywhere it just blows my mind

  Avoid this place like the plague. Ordered a pizza at 5:20 PM. Showed up to the restaurant at 5:35, proceeded to stand and wait over an hour for our order to be ready. I get up to the counter after waiting longer than I should have and the guy goes “oh I don’t know what happened to your order” are you kidding me? Edit: The cashier at the register said he had refunded my order. Obviously that wasn’t true as I’ve now had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Instead of giving these same bland replies about how you’ll try harder, maybe get your thumb out of your rear end and actually do it. The laziness is ASTOUNDING.
