  Im here on vacation from Michigan to visit my family here in Grayson. We went out to eat at pizza hutt because I was CRAVING pizza. They brought the drinks out took my order everything was fine Until I got my pizza. I ordered a large supreme no sausage no hamburger. What they brought out was a super supreme which I didnt order because it comes with black olives and it also had the sausage and hamburger. I let the waitress know(Shelby) and she was nice at first and took it back to make the correct one. We said to make sure to put it in a box when it comes out. We sat there the rest of the time waiting while my family finished their pizza we finally asked where our pizza was and the waitresses replied its on the warmer. I came there for pizza and they messed up the first one so the remake they put on the warmer? We asked why it was on the warmer and she said because we said to put it in a box. My wife replied that we dont want the pizza anymore since we came in to eat pizza with our family and we had to leave without even getting to enjoy the pizza in the restaurant so my wife said she just doesnt want the pizza at all anymore and to take it of the bill and she had an attitude and started rolling her eyes and telling us we were going to pay for the pizza even if we havent ate it or received it yet and she stormed off snatching the bill from another waitress. She then came back and said ahe will talk to the manager. She came back out again a few minutes later. Through the bill down and she said we took it off. Instead of getting pizza we sat and ate 3 bowls of salad and got a 20 dollar bill to pay and no service at all. If they really had it made in the back why did we wait another hour for food that we still didnt receive when the bill came out like she claimed we wanted? It definitely wasn't ready and they lied.

  Driving across country and stopped here to find it was like eating pizza hut when I was a kid. The pan crust was fantastic! The service was great! Next drive we will definitely stop here.

  Even though they were understaffed, service was prompt and the pizza was great! Everything was as it should be. The waitress was extremely friendly. Will definitely go back if I pass through that area again.
