No carbonation in the syrupy drinks, “can you pull up” every time you go through the drive thru no matter your order, food is sloppy and greasy when you get it. Stale hard buns, flat drinks and you have to pretty much arm wrestle the staff for an extra sauce or ice. Looks like no improvement in sight either.

Looked like someone shoved their fingers through the syrup pack and tossed it in my bag; it was all over the food. Got a bagel and it looks like someone made it with their eyes closed and punched it before they sent it out.
