- CSCJ SmithMay 11, 20261.0I ordered breakfast online before 10:30 am went to pick it up and it wasn’t available. Then I ordered the $6 meal and they didn’t include my hamburger in the bag. This McDonald’s has gone downhill in the last six months. Their staff is rude and they truly do not care about the customers. I’ve tried them at different times, but it’s always the same. Zero customer service, zero accuracy on orders and charges and zero social skills.

- RHRo HedrickApr 13, 20261.0I’ve given this place numerous tries hoping they would be better but they aren’t. I paid and the guy just shut the door afterwards. So I guess I had to drive through the window. I asked for ketchup when ordering. No ketchup. I had to ask for it when they were getting ready to give the other car their food. No napkins. I wouldn’t complain but this is low tier and comes off as your employees can’t deal with a fast pace environment and just carelessly rush. Such small careless mistakes it makes me wonder if I’ll get sick from the food too.
