    If you have trouble waiting on your self they will walk you to the keosh and make sure you look like a idiot instead of just taking your order at the register.

    As a 28 year old Black man, I’ve never felt this hurt and shocked in my life. It made me understand what people mean when they talk about racism. I’m a truck driver. I was on the road and feeling hungry, so I stopped at a McDonald’s located inside a Pilot truck stop. I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up. When I got there, there was a line of people waiting three gentlemen and a little girl. They were all white. The manager on duty, a white woman with a bald head, asked the other customers what they were waiting for. She was polite and even kind to the little girl. I was the only Black person waiting. She looked at me but didn’t ask if I was being helped or what I was waiting for, the way she did with everyone else. She left and came back, still acting like I wasn’t even there. I felt completely ignored. I was really hungry and tried to cancel my order on my phone, but I couldn’t because they were already preparing my food. When I finally got my food, I took it to my truck. I called my girlfriend to explain what happened because I felt really hurt. In the end, I threw the food away. I have about 20K reward points because I usually do mobile orders, but as of today, I honestly don’t think I can eat McDonald’s again. It made me feel like my skin color affected how I was treated in that moment in a way I’ll never forget.

    We went through the drive through for breakfast. Tried to order, but after asking if that was all and we said no. They still finished the order. We had to call them back so we could finish. It’s almost every morning we come by and the service has never got better. Honestly don’t even know why I go by every morning. They need so much better training. Wendy’s is right across the road and I could always go there. The service is at least better and I can fully finish my order.

    Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered at 11:19, told to move up. Cars after me got their food and left. After 25 minutes I went in and was just handed a refund. There had to be about 30+ people waiting for food, employees just standing around, and nothing really happening. Absolutely the worst fast food I have experience in all my travels across the country. Watching employees leaning against machines just talking and not working is maddening when there are so many people waiting. Drove up the street to the one by kohls- in and out in 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time I have already reached out to the business. I will update when I hear back.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed and paid for my order, but there was nobody available to serve customers. I waited for a long time, repeatedly tried to get someone’s attention, and received absolutely no response. It felt like the restaurant was abandoned. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave without my food because I could not wait any longer. I paid money and got nothing in return. This is not just poor customer service — it is a complete failure to provide the service customers are paying for. Management should be ashamed of how this location is being run. If you value your time and money, avoid this McDonald’s. I will not be coming back.
