  I guess when you order a side of chips and dip you only get a mini bag with 10 chips in it now? Not worth the money

  **Above & Beyond Customer Service! ❤️** I picked up an order today for 12+ people for my work team lunch, and although this location is about an hour round trip from our office, it was SO worth it! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I was there for a pickup order. One of the employees immediately grabbed all FIVE of my bags and offered to carry them out to my vehicle. While walking with me, she made conversation, asked about my day, and we ended up chatting like we had been friends for years. 🥹 I didn’t get her name, and I honestly wish I had because **she deserves a raise!** It’s been years since I’ve experienced customer service this genuine and kind. I’m so thankful there are still people out there who go above and beyond to make someone’s day a little better. ❤️ **Highly recommend this location—especially because of the wonderful experience I had with this sweet employee!** 👏🏼✨ If management sees this, please know you have an AMAZING employee on your team! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! ❤️

  I wasn't going to leave a review but it seemed like almost everything in our meal had an issue. We placed a takeout order. First being charged $3.50 for a cup of water was pretty surprising, but whatever. Then we got home and found that the chips were extremely stale and the rice tasted like it wasn't even fully cooked. I do want to say that the workers were super nice and friendly and the customer service itself was great. Unfortunately, the quality of the food just didn't match the service which made the overall experience really disappointing. I'm hoping this was just an off day.

  So normally, I don’t like to complain because I used to work at Qdoba and I understand sometimes things are kind of rough. I ain’t chipotle like two or three times a week I mean that’s my business. It’s my money so I’ll just leave that there, but I never have a problem never have an issue. It’s always in good environment you know good attitude good vibes so I’ll come in today after work and I’m trying to explain to the little girl that I need two burritos and I understand she’s trying to make them both at one time but I’m trying to order for somebody else so I need you know and I told her I said well let’s just do this burrito first OK cool get on down there. I said it’s got three things on it brown rice, honey chicken and fresh salsa the whole time she keeps asking me if I want queso in this and that which I understand is also her job to upsell. I understand that no problem so then we get to my burrito and she’s like I’m like I don’t want no rice no beans just steak. Well she asked me if I want rice or beans I said no rice no beans to steak then mind you there’s nobody behind me this whole time so I tell her I want the large bowl that you normally get queso in with rice I always get that it’s a side I pay for it no problem get up to the register and the manager is like getting onto her because she’s telling her that they normally put the rice in the small containers I said no I asked for that. She said oh well we don’t do that. I said I always get it like that. I said I pay for that well we don’t do it like that. That way you don’t get charged for it no, I want it like that. I’ll pay for that. I always pay for it. Why is that such a problem? I’m paying for it. She didn’t do nothing wrong. I understand. I would understand if I got it for free but I didn’t and then she’s like oh well I don’t feel right you have to pay for that because it comes on there. No this is what I want and I’ll pay you extra for it so to me either everybody’s having a bad day or something off and I think it should be known that if that’s how we’re asking for it and we’re willing to pay 345 dollars however much it is it shouldn’t have been a problem. My experience here today was very bad and I’m hoping the next time I come it’s not like that because I guess I’ll just have to go back to Qdoba.
