  Shockley rude service by the bar staff. Came in for a business dinner but left. Avoid and instead support local establishments.

  We had a great experience. Ashton was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Super friendly and attentive. Food was great and came out fast and everything was exactly as ordered. We’ll definitely be back

  I’m really disappointed with our experience today with Buffalo Wild Wings. My son ordered through DoorDash this afternoon. The receipt on the bag was correct, but when we opened it, we only received about half of what we paid for. Clearly something was missed when the order was put together. I called the Georgetown location, thinking they’d help make it right since they packaged the order. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do because the order was placed through DoorDash. I was basically pushed off to deal with DoorDash for a refund. The only thing offered was that they’d “talk to the driver,” which doesn’t really solve the problem. At the end of the day, the restaurant is the one putting the order in the bag. Passing the blame and not taking any ownership is frustrating and unacceptable. Mistakes happen—but how you handle them matters. This wasn’t it.

  Wait times were super long. Staff was too busy horse playing instead of getting the orders out.

  We'll say it like this: id enjoy to find out who the cook was bc the wings put me in the hospital with food poisoning, bad enough the hospital even says Bdubs here is absolutely trash especially the owner.
