  AI ordering system sucks. It took three attempts to get order right. Bojangles has changed menu in recent years and no longer offers many of the biscuit options from the past all day everyday. It seems most menu items are all super spicy. I used to love Bojangles and they were a destination while traveling the south and when the first few arrived back in Kentucky. The food gave me severe diarrhea. I won't be back and will choose another fast food option in Georgetown. Very disappointed.

  If it was not for the food usually being good at Bojangles this review would have been 1 star or negative (if that was an option). Upon first entering the store I was not greeted and spent 5 mins at the front of the line. I was about to walk out when someone ran over to take my order. I then proceeded to wait over 30 mins (nearly an hour after my order of just a 5 tender meal). I attempted to ask for a refund and cancel my order but no one would answer me at the counter.

  Under staffed. Ordered online got there after estimated time and still had to wait over 20 minutes. One guy working cashier and order prep. Still had to wait for chicken to cook. And restaurant dirty.

  The reason for the low rating is because of the horrible service for the second time. Living in Lexington and having your order missing items twice makes it seems as if there's no care in customer service. Having to turn around for someone's mistake is very frustrating. Please take time to ensure that orders are accurate. Thanks!

  Food poisoning stems from failing to maintain safe temperatures, poor stock rotation of inventory while allowing contaminated items to remain on shelves/in storage after expiration date. This results in bacteria growth (Listeria, E. coli), spoilage, and high risks for customers, especially elderly and children. I felt sick to my stomach and sluggish after consuming one of these. I read through the ingredients to understand what could have caused my symptoms. Only to find these packages have expired considerably. These product ingredients stated it contains milk and eggs. This item expired last year but it was service to me anyway. This is inexcusable and careless choice to present something like this to customers including myself. I blame management for not paying attention to this importance detail that should have been delegates appropriately for the young girl may not have been properly trained to know about its importance.
