  Not sure why they think it’s okay to give you a block of fatty meat. Just all blocked together, not broken up. No one wants to eat that. When I told her before she put the meat on there that it was fine that I’ll just take all chicken she proceeded to put the block of meat on there. So when I asked her to just remove the meat and pitch it because I didn’t want a block of fatty meat she then was acting super confused and like it was an inconvenience. Ma’am I asked you not to put it on there, then you do, then you act new when I asked you to remove it. You know what never mind I’m not going to argue with you. Throw it all away. Thanks Jazmyn.

  Very frequently out of protein options. Not reliable to stop at. Would strongly recommend finding a different location or lunch option.

  This is the worst one in the whole tristate just go to a different one, they always give you the smallest portions and the workers are hostile. Every time I go to this one it’s a disappointment. Take my word on this and go to a different one. I’ve been to this one a handful of times.

  Ordered a burrito in a bowl with chicken and beef. The beef was very fatty and chewy. The chicken was dry and burnt. It did not have a very good flavor at all. I was very disappointed with my meal and experience. This is not the first time I have had this type of food quality at this location but because it continues i am saying something. I do not want to group all Chipotles together so as for the Ft Wright location it does not hurt my feelings to never go there again and if others would feel the same way maybe the good quality would change for the better.

  Honestly, I hate writing reviews for places unless other people need to know. I went to this location earlier today on my lunch break, and it’s a timed and unpaid 1 hour break. It’s usually a quick in and out and the staff see me in there regularly. BUCKLE UP, this is long. STORY TIME: I went into chipotle today at this location thinking I would be in and out like usual, WRONG. I started to order when the lady asked what I wanted and it wasn’t a very long line, i said “ May I please have a bowl to go, with light white rice, NO beans, and double chicken.” she said “sure thing” Then we got to the chicken and she put a scoop, then when she went for the second it was 3 little pieces of chicken on the spoon. I said “are you sure that’s double chicken” and i already knew it wasn’t. She assured me it was and i was thinking, why am i paying $15 for a bowl if im not getting my moneys worth. Then we moved down the line to the second toppings section and i asked for “ 2 scoops of tomato’s, sour cream and cheese please.” She reached for the corn after i said that and was super close to putting it on my bowl.. When did I say corn? She finally got it right after 5 more minutes in line. Then I got to check out. I told a different woman at the register, “Hi, I had a double chicken bowl, and no chips and no drinks please” and she had an attitude to start off.. so i was thrown off by that already. I scanned my rewards and said “Ma’am, I’m just making sure but did my rewards go through?” she said “yes it did now when it lights up white tap your phone to pay” she said it so passive aggressively and i really just had enough, because this isn’t the first time this girl had been rude to me. I tapped my phone and said “ do you have a manager I can speak to?” Someone went and got her and she was this smaller read head girl, she was an angel and the sweetest person there, i explained what had happened and she was very apologetic. She checked my receipt and my rewards didn’t even go through so I had to go online and submit a points request. I left and went to my car, my bank sent a notification saying i only spent $2 there and realized I used the wrong card and didn’t pay all the way. I was thinking of leaving especially since i had a horrible experience, but i went back in and attempted to pay again, but asked for the manager to check me out. She didn’t let me pay and said the meal was on her today since i had a bad experience. Manager was super sweet and compassionate for customers. also, i even admitted i work in customer service too and that’s not how we should be presenting ourselves as the face of the company, there are standards.. I’m a young adult not even 20 yet, and hate talking to managers but I know how it feels to have a bad day at work, but i’m not gonna tell my customer to just tap her card or shove it in the chip, and wouldn’t lie saying my rewards went through.. At the end of the day i got a $2 chipotle bowl out of it.
