- EEElitaMay 9, 20261.0This is the worst customer service I have ever received at this subway, Winston and Steve were very rude and disrespectful. Winston refused to serve me because he has been busy all night, hell it’s a subway in a truck stop. The other lady that works nights by herself always waits on the customers. I know he has downtime in between customers and can break then. I will never return to this subway again and will let everyone I know not to patronize it either.

It is in the gas station so I can literally get everything I need, but the best part is the people that work in the Subway! The food is always perfect, clean and all of the food looks good behind the counter. It looks good because all of the staff that works there when I go is incredibly good at their jobs! They are nice, professional and good at what they do. They all deserve raises because this is by far the best Subway in Kentucky and probably the absolute best Subway I've been to. All of the people there deserve raises and I will always go to this Subway!!
