- BMBob M.Aug 9, 20261.0Place was gross. The guy taking our order couldn't comprehend large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Had to repeat it multiple times. I was also charged for an extra pizza. He also put his fingers in our cups, so we didn't drink our drinks. The pizza was doughy and undercooked. We originally planned to dine in, but decided to get our food to go.

- AWAdam WoodardMay 25, 20261.0I've praised this place for years, even when others in town had written them off. Today was the last straw. I ordered our food through the app, as I always do. When I went to pick up our order, I could see it sitting in the warmer. I waited and waited and waited to even be recognized, but it never came. I was ignored for 20 minutes (while our food was in the warmer) before I just left. I called the store to tell them I left and they could dispose of the food since I couldn't get either of the employees to even acknowledge my presence. When I say the man who answered the phone did not care, I mean he did. not. care. Whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I've ever had at any restaurant. After singing their praises for years, I will not be back. I hope the owners take this message seriously and hire a new staff, because the people working tonight are going to put them out of business.
