- VMVonda MoreheadMay 3, 20261.06 MONTH OLD EXPIRED CAKE / Ordered a Birthday Cake today via Door Dash. My Dasher texted me, said they couldnt find the cake I ordered. They texted again saying they found one in the back the store. Door Dash driver did nothing wrong, delivered on time. Upon opening the bag with cake. I saw written marker on the clear plastic that shows the cake. The marker was probably old and that's why you could see through it. The cake USE BY DATE was 12/06/2025. We called and spoke with a manager to let them know about the date. Manager said that was on Door Dash and nothing they could do. We were simply calling to notify them of their quality concerns. Was not rude or anything. Manager said essentially they know nothing about the cakes.
- RTrodney tApr 19, 20262.0This store definitely needs some work. I mainly get blizzards here but I'll go back to Sonic. They don't know how to mix the ingredients in the blizzard. Everything is on the bottom so you're pretty much eating a cup of vanilla ice cream and then when you get to the bottom it's way too sweet because everything is on the bottom that you can't even eat it. This has happened my last three times there in a row... Management doesn't care, they just say oh okay and walk away. Also by the time they hand it to you it's melted. There's no way they could flip it over like they're supposed to cuz it would create a huge mess. I have never seen a dairy Queen operated like this before... I will not be back
