  OMG! Just tried to place an order by phone for pick up...no answer to the phone (attempted 8 times!) So I drove all the way there and went in. The one worker was handling food and had her facemask on her chin! NOT covering her face as she handled food! I asked why no one answered the phone (no customers in the store) and she stated she isn't allowed to! Seriously?? Then I asked about the buy one foot long get one free as advertised on TV...only to be told it's for online orders only! I walked OUT! NEVER WILL WE GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN! IT was horrible! NO MASK while handling food, doesn't answer the phone for call in orders, and was just rude! This store is 3 miles from my home. The Midway store is 5 miles...I will be going to Midway from now on!
