  Came through the drive-thru tonight food was good but the service was terrible. The man who took the order was yelling "what else" before I could even get a word out. Then when we got to the window the woman was rude as well and through the food at us and I think she could tell I was upset so she walked clear to the other side of the restaurant to take the next order because she knew I was going to say something. I work in the food industry and this is definitely not the way you treat people who come through your establishment. All we ordered was 2 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks. The food was great but service definitely needs improvement.

  You know it pretty bad when just about every time I go to sonic anymore they don't get my order right And then I normally just let it go but not today when I'm talked down to by my waitress lol and I just dropped my order back off to the driver widow

  Not one customer at Sonic. They are open but make you sit there and wait a good 5 to 10 minutes before they even bother taking your order. The girl working is constantly on her phone.
