  A guy named Justin helped me with my order and provided quick and deliberate service. The food was alright but the service was stellar.

  This location was doing such a good job for so long, far outpacing every other location in the area, but the order I picked up today was pitiful! More than anything, I'm so tired of inconsistency. I've spent less on frozen pizza that was better than what I just ordered. I ordered extra, extra cheese and barely got any. Certainly not CONSISTENT with what I've gotten in the past making this same order for 1+ years. I know cheating the consumer to save on the bottom line when I see it. I'm seeing a review immediately following that states they are under new management. If that's true, it only reinforces my review. And I can tolerate poor customer service if the food is good. I care nothing about good customer service and lousy food.

  Heidi was absolutely WONDERFUL, they are under new management and absolutely killing it, it is never easy switching management but they are handling it with such stride, we had an issue with the app somewhat recently and the GM was nice as can possibly be about it, as well as very helpful, and after we just came through and had another PERFECT experience I had to brag about them because this location is absolutely WONDERFUL. The food is always very hot and fresh, and the employees are just so nice every single time. 100% recommend this location if you are anywhere in Frankfort/Lawrenceburg, it is absolutely worth the drive. Literally never had a bad experience at this location, and I just had to brag on this store, you rarely get service like we very often do here.

  I ordered pizza tonight. I added two cheese cups to my order two drinks they didn’t give me the cheese cups. I called. She said she could refund me. I said I paid cash so like if you’re gonna drive me the cash over here you could just bring the cheese cups and she gets an attitude the entire phone call but she says that the driver is on the way with the cheese cups, so we shall see but trust me I’m doing you guys a favor. You should take people situations into consideration because I have a highly contagious infection in my eyes my four-year-old handed Driver, the money and my other child put the tip for bringing the cheese cups back in a Ziploc bag for me to hand to him cause I’m gonna pay him to tell you that you’re rude and not everyone is out to scam someone. I pick up my order EVERYTIME!! I am doing you a favor trust me! Oh also when I told the manager I got delivery which was on my ticket she said you had 0.00 delivery I said yes because I used a coupon which is also NOT YOUR BUSINESS! I ordered delivery you forgot the items it’s your job to make it right! Thank you.
