  If I could rate this store zero stars, I would. Every single time I order from them, there is an issue. From not getting the right items in my order, to delivery being 50 minutes late, to missing items, they always mess something up in a major way. What’s worse is that when they are confronted with the issues, workers are rude, or they say things like they don’t have a driver— if your whole business model is to run on fast delivery, that is a problem you should fix. I swore I would never order from them again, but one of my students got me a gift card, so I decided to try again. And again, it was an absolute mess. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business.

  Ordered online 3 times. 2 of the 3 times the sandwich was made incorrectly. When ordering a standard sandwich without modification. Seem to go through a lot of employees and the new ones don’t know what is on each sandwich. Today’s sandwich was inedible and went straight into the trash.
