- JBjustine bertler2 days ago1.0This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. I walked in and asked for a meat bowl, they were out of meat, so I asked for a veggie bowl, they were also out of lettuce, black beans and veggies. Then they asked if they wanted me to cook some stuff up??? Since nothing was ready they charged me 16 dollars for a rice bowl, with two scoops of salsa and guac. I asked for chips to go with this awkward bowl. The chips were stale and soggy. I won’t be going back to chipotle after this.

The burrito bowls were really good (taste & portions). The chips were not really fresh but that would be the only minor complaint. I'm glad we have another food option in Frankfort. Update on my original review. My wife & I went to this location a 2nd time, purchased chips with our order and the chips were stale again. I really hope they get this resolved because stale chips are not what I expect for almost $5 per bag.
- MMMOTÖRSep 5, 20261.0Need to retrain everyone working at this chipotle. Handing out stale chips and scraping food out of trays at 2pm no food being prepped. Had four people walking around behind the counter while one girl served and one did cashier. This felt like a fake chipotle experience. Please fix this. We don't have a chipotle for 30 miles. Sincerely, huge chipotle fan 👍
