- DPDillon Pearson2 days ago2.0I understand they had just opened recently . But most of the staff didn’t have gloves while handling things . Noticed some flys in the back area then it got me when I went to get forks/spoons the trash in that area was overflowing and a clutter mess around the spoons forks . I’ll probably just stick with Qdoba basically the same
- VLV L3 days ago1.0Place a mobile order for 7:00 p.m. I came at 7:00 p.m. I was told my order was behind and that it would be a couple of minutes. I checked again after 10 minutes I told they were still behind. It's now 40 minutes after I was supposed to get this order and apparently the lady didn't check and my order has been done for 40 minutes. On top of that it would have been better to get it in line because that was going through faster than this mobile order.Do not go to this Chipotle unless you want to waste your time.
- DDDaryl4 days ago1.0Placed a large order through the app and never received. App said driver picked it up then DoorDash cancelled. No way to contact store. Finally spoke with Chipotle customer service and they said DoorDash would refund the order in 3-5 business days. I’ll be surprised if I get a refund. Be advised if you order through the app you may not get your order from DoorDash.

It felt like they made my food about 30 minutes before I got there and just let it sit out. It’s pretty disappointing to pay $20 for a bowl and not really be able to enjoy it.

They were running all over doing there best to take care of everyone and they need to know keep it up and you all are doing a great job! Thank you all as someone who doesn’t care for these types of restaurants my order was amazing!
