  AC doesn’t work and the music app they have works half the time. Works until you play songs then it doesn’t and you lose you money. Hate that this place has gone down hill.

  This has definitely been the worst restaurant experience I've had in Frankfort, waited over an hour 45 minutes for boneless wings, the waittress was impossible to find or get the attention of the whole time. After an hour we asked for to go boxes for the wings we hadn't gotten, and she seemed surprised, saying the manager should have brought them out. We said no and she disappeared and we waited an extra 45 minutes; she said she had them made fresh which was nice, management didn't seem to know what was happening.

  Miserable service, manager with an attitude. My wife and I ordered an appetizer and two sandwiches. After 15 minutes, the manager Josh, brought out one sandwich with the appetizer turned into a side. When we asked him where the other sandwich was and why the appetizer was a side order, he told us that’s what we ordered. He did say that they would make the other sandwich but also repeated that he delivered what we ordered and acted like we were the ones that were wrong. He kept trying to pass the blame onto us until we said “forget it, we’re leaving” he then told us we had an attitude and that we better pay for the soda that we had. When we called the restaurant he STILL told us WE had an attitude and hung up on me. DO NOT go here. Horrible service and horrible management.
