They have messed up our order multiple times not putting pepperoni on our pizza. When we ask for it and it’s on the receipt. I get once or twice can be okay but this has happened over 4-5 times getting pizza from here. I don’t know what has happened but pay attention to peoples order. You’re wasting food and energy doing that shit. We tip and they are very friendly so that’s when it gets really frustrating that our order isn’t made right. The service here is just getting bad and something needs to be done.

Placed my order at 8pm. Walked in at 836 and my ticket is still sitting in the printer. They had no clue I even ordered anything. Then just looked at me like it's going to be 15 mins. But I ordered at 8pm on the dot. I got my food at 849. It was 10 wings man. Do better. They were so worried about cleaning they didn't make the food.

I have ordered from here for years. The night service cannot read. They CHARGED me for two cups of pizza sauce for a small bag of wedges. I tipped 5 dollars for a 3 minute ride away from the shop. Not re reading the order or what should leave with the order. This was my call in order. Because when I order online, they do not read the order TO MAKE it before it even leaves the door. Tonight, they tell me they will take off the charge for the two cups they charged me for! I have a 3 yr old it is not easy for me to come an pick up and no matter how many times I've called they cannot get the order right, and it is the same order every time! Highlands highschool do better, kids stop being ignorant, you want paid do the job to satisfy the customer, I paid you for it! Over paid you for it even!
