- SSSteveMay 3, 20261.0Service on Sunday afternoon has gone way down hill. Impersonal employees more worried about their phones than serving customers. Barely even spoke to us. And gave very small portions. We’ll find a new ice cream place.

We looked at other places, but the ice cream was so good we kept coming back! They gave generous portions with my son’s cone to where they had to put it in a cup. Would definitely come back (clearly).

You need a certified ‘cake writer’ to write H-Bday on the top of a cake? Even offering to write on top of the cake myself, they said no. Pretty awesome policy, Graeter’s!
