  I have loved this Jimmy John’s for 4 years. It has never taken longer than 30 minutes to have subs delivered. Drivers are always respectful. Today, I wanted to post a review because I had a sub delivered and for the first time in 4 years, one of the subs wasn’t correct. I called, and they immediately sent another fixed one back out. They also included a free cookie which honestly, I really needed today. I’ll miss this spot when I leave 🤟🏼

  Stopped by Jimmy John’s expecting something quick and reliable. As soon as I walked up to the counter ready to order, the cashier tells me they’re out of tomatoes and lettuce. At a sandwich shop. That alone should’ve been my sign to walk out. Against my better judgment, I ordered a Turkey Tom anyway. Big mistake. Got back to my car, opened it up, and it barely had any meat in it. I paid $10 for what was basically bread with a couple scraps of turkey thrown in. No freshness, no value, no attention to detail. If you’re out of basic ingredients and still putting out low-effort sandwiches, something’s off. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be back.

  Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. However, Got a sandwich and then opened it to see barely any meat and almost nothing in it…

  First time having Jimmy John’s and the service was amazing and the food was awesome. S/O to Jabari! He made our sandwiches quick as hell. By the time my friend paid for the order he done already made her sandwich.
