August 2, I went in around 2:30 p.m., along with a few other customers, and noticed that the cashier was already beginning to close down the ice cream area, despite the posted closing time being 4:00 p.m. Today (August 9th), I went in around 2:15 p.m. and noticed that the ice cream section had already been put away. I understand that staff may need time to clean and close the area, but closing it significantly before the posted time prevents customers from being able to purchase ice cream during the business’s advertised hours. I wanted to make you aware of the situation so it can be addressed appropriately.
