  I get that they have the kiosks for ordering now, but having to wait 15 minutes just to get your drink cups, then another 10 to get the one they forgot is wild when they're not busy.

  We've eaten here numerous times but the last it was skimpy fixings and had a funny taste. I usually get the nachos bell grande. There was only a spoon full of meat and beans! Usually they are much better so I don't know what happened.

  I went to DT for an uber order waited for 15 minutes in the line at the window they said they are making it now and asked me to move to the ground and they will bring it out I waited another 10 minutes and finally went inside and they said they had forgot to make it and just laughed about it in my face. I had to cancel the order because I was so pissed over them laughing like it’s a joke I’m waiting gas in line for nothing one guy came out to his car and was smoking what smelt like a weed

  Was charged for the wrong order in drive thru that was almost double my total. Guy told me to pull around front and he'd bring me the difference. I waited over 20 minutes. Went inside and still had to wait another 10. Another employee brought me less than the difference. I noted I was still owed 74 cents. The original guy came back, obviously irritated, and gave me a dollar. He went back to the kitchen and said something out loud about the situation. I suggested they charge accurately if they wanted to avoid customers expected their bill to be made right. He made a comment out loud as I was leaving that "she didn't return the 26 cents" I came back and gave him a quarter and penny. All that trouble and the food was awful on top of that

  I placed a mobile order on the app and paid with a credit card. I pulled up to the speaker and gave my name for the already paid order. Understanding it would be a new order I asked if I could order a drink and would pay for it with cash at the window. A very simple request and played out in my head like this. I pull up to the speaker, they hand out the already made and paid for order. They think ring up my drink in a whole new order and hand it out. Seems pretty logical. I don’t feel like I was asking for some daunting task to be completed. Instead, I was instructed I would need to drive around through the drive through again to order a drink. They wanted their customer to drive back around and wait for the 5 cars behind them just to get a medium soda. I was instructed this is company policy. Even though I didn’t place the first transaction at the window and the drink would have been the only order besides the mobile order that was ordered and paid for and simply needed only to be handed to me.
