  Last time I went, they microwaved my burger so bad the cheese was melted off the burger and stuck on the wrapper. The microwave made my bun rubbery. The Tater Tots were soggy. Yet the time prior to this, I went, the burger was acceptable and the Tots were amazing. Not sure about this place

  Ordered online an hour after they opened only to be approached by the first employee arriving an hour late. Online orders should be shut down until there are actually employees present. There’s almost no reason to order ahead online since I end up waiting 10+ minutes every time.

  Literally, I have ordered water not received it yet. My burger was chopped. The service is chopped. It’s definitely not his fault because they’re slammed and there’s only like two workers so either hire more people or close because the service here is atrocious it took about 20 minutes to order and there was barely anybody here and then they got slammed and it took about 30 minutes for the food. This place is barely a FAST place so both the fast and the food are lacking here.

  Was very happy to be able to get a burger and and shake at 7:00 in the morning. Most places would be breakfast only.
