  We ordered door dash. The food was nasty. What kind of manager let's burgers go out so black and dry that it looks like black cardboard stuck to the burger. Got a breakfast burrito that the sausage was burnt and so dry. Wasn't the right food either.on my job I have to make sure everything's correct but these hashers screw up all the time and can't get it right. It's right there on the paper what was ordered. Done with sonic

  I never leave bad reviews. But this place was terrible. I had a medium strawberry master shake and a medium oreo master shake. She told me it'll be a 5 minute wait and she pointed and said pack there and wait. So I Waited 20 minutes for me to come inside for them to say they gave it to someone. They ended up making me 2 shakes just to give me a cup full of whipped cream and plane vanilla shake.

  Omgosh not ever coming back to this location. $7.65 for a large sweet tea 2 shots of vanilla. And then the employees were talking in the breezeway not caring that people were waiting. And then they let a customer come in to a restricted employees onlu area.

  The worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile pickup order at 12:14 a.m., checked in, and waited until 12:50 a.m. without receiving my food. During that time, the only employee I saw appeared to be standing outside talking to the person who, I assume was his ride home instead of helping customers. I eventually left without my order. Losing 40 minutes and still not getting my food is incredibly frustrating and feels very disrespectful to customers.

  The Food is great! McKenna is GREAT!! She was so kind during the rush and while other customers were rude to her, she kept her calm and continued to be so loving! She is awesome and should get a raise or something! McKenna is so positive and just an awesome person!!!!!! Love her and will be going back to have her service! So inspiring
