  I honestly never expect much when it comes to service and McDonald's. But today ... We had 2 mobile orders through the drive thru. It was a little slow but I can give a little grace We get to the window and I'm not greeted, I have my drinks and bags shoved at me while the manager who is handing me my food is complaining to someone else about not having an opener this morning, then the window shut. We pulled away and I grabbed my hash brown that I've been craving all morning, you see, I've been very nauseous today and McDonald's hash browns always make the nausea go away. Imagine my disappointment when I take a bite and my hashbrown is cold and greasy. So, I pull to the front, park and grab all 4 hash browns and walk inside. At this point im only slightly annoyed, I don't understand how someone can feel that a product is not a satisfactory temperature and still serve it to a guest. But sometimes it happens. I go inside, I get looked at by 3 different people and not acknowledged for at least a minute. A simple "one moment" would have sufficed given that they looked at me. When the manager finally acknowledged me, I let her know my hashbrowns were cold, she was obviously annoyed , grabbed them turned quickly tossed them across the drive thru into the trash and shook her head as she went to the fryer. That is when I decided I was going to write this review. Not only was I given unsatisfactory food but I was made to feel like an inconvenience because someone else messed up. When I finally got my new hashbrowns, I was not given 4,but only 3 When I let the manager ,who was standing next to the fryer, know, she told someone else to grab it and walked away, that person didn't hear me so I had to sit there again and wait to be acknowledged.... This made me even more late for work Mind you. Also...this store was not busy and the manager was running around like a frazzled mess I finally get to work ,pull out my sandwich...which I should have checked before leaving. And it's ice cold dried up and shriveled excuse of a steak bagel. I am more than dissatisfied. I wasted good money I didn't have on cold food. This location needs help...

  Yesterday evening, my daughter decided to order from this location since we were in the area. This was our first visit and definitely our last because it was the worst experience ever! We pulled into the drive-thru, and an employee came on asking if she was using the mobile app, which she was, and she gave them the code. When he tried to locate the order and couldn’t, another employee came on playing 20 questions. The 10+ minute conversation went like this… - Are you sure you ordered for this location? She verified that she did and read the address to them. - Did you cancel the order or have a problem while placing it? She told them that NO, she did not cancel the order, and it went through. - Did the payment go through? It did! - Are you sure you gave us the right code? She told them that maybe she got one of the numbers wrong because it could have been a “1” or an “I”. - Then they asked for the name, which she gave them, and the female employee said that they found the order, but it was blank. That maybe the order cancelled out or maybe the payment didn’t work and asked her if she had the confirmation email, which she did have saying the order was placed and she verified the payment did go through. They told her to pull around and that they would get the order together, so we did. When we got to the second window to get the order, we were told to pull to slot 5, which was at the front of the store, and that they would bring it out as soon as it was ready. It took them another 8+ minutes to bring our food out. Service was awful, but the food was good. While waiting on our order, I read the reviews of this location & they are TERRIBLE! You really need to train your employees better or work on their attitudes towards customers!

  Ordered online but when I made it to the store they said they could not find my order. They would not make the food on the order, which showed the address and that it had been paid. Told me to cancel it and reorder it even though I explained to them I had already paid and I didn’t have enough to reorder if the money didn’t go back into my account right then.( Long story short I had a terrible experience here with the workers)
