I’ve ordered from here a couple of times and each time they never have everything in my order. And this time they missed multiple items plus they put the McFlurry with the hot food so it was melted and just splashed all over the bag. Don’t do delivery or ordering out with this place. Also no one answers when you call to complain or get your money back.

Went to eat my burger and it was mostly all pink, don’t know if it’s new workers or what but this place is going down hill badly.

Worst location in NKY by far. Always forgetting something, not looking at specifications whether it be no mustard on a sandwich or no whipped topping in a coffee or something they don’t look and always manage to screw it up. I rarely order McDonald’s in general but when I do at this location it’s always a miss.

They can't get a order right, they can't fix a issues, they can't answer a phone, place hasn't been there long and has already failed every customer, if they wasn't so close to the trailer park they would probably not have any customers, I'll probably go the extra 5 mins to burger king next time
