  I'm a regular at McD's and usually leave positive reviews. But the store on US42 and Pleasant Valley was a mess today. Maybe because it's a Sunday and there is no management. People in street clothes wandering into and out of the kitchen. One lady came in and waited so long and finally left. Another couldn't do a cash transaction. I used the kiosk and didn't get a receipt, which is what I would have used for feedback, or the option to dine in. A guy that had been waiting in the drive through came in to complain about something (all this while I was standing, waiting for my order, lol) The drink machine had a broke sign on it, so forget about finding an employee to get a refill. Come on McDonald's, you're better than this

  Went for breakfast thru the drive this Friday morning at 9:30 Got 2 sandwiches and 2 pancake and bacon trays !! Wanted 2 glasses or cups of orange juice 🤔. HOWEVER THEY WERE OUT !! NO JUICE FOR FRIDAY MORNING AND MAYBE ALL WEEKEND !! WHO DOES THE ORDERING HERE ?? NEVER RUN OUT OF OJ ! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! GIRL TAKING THE MONEY VERY GRUMPY!! PLEASE TRY TO IMPROVE IN THESE 2 AREAS ! THANK YOU .

  They got an attitude when pointing out that they made a harmless mistake about trying to charge me $6 for a $2 breakfast sandwich. Then without resolve, the manager walked out and left in her car to leave.
