  I ordered a 6 dollar meal deal , a hamburger (only ketchup),a 4pc happy meal and a medium fry. Plus a separate order for one diet coke, The lady at the window handed us a double cheeseburger and a small fry, after telling her it wasnt ours she located our order and handed me the happy meal, then handed me a snack wrap which she then took back after we stated it was not ours. She then told us to go to the next window which nobody opened for 5 minutes. We had already been in line for 15 and cannot spend my whole day in the drive thru because i have places to be so we drove off with money wasted. Worst experience at any mcdonalds and we will not be returning.

  Plenty of workers, but couldn't tell. No greetings, used self service to place the order. No one at the counter for over 6 minutes. One customer just wanted a cup of water, she walked out. When I receive my order my fries were cold. Waiter was not happy when I requested hot fries. Threw them sideways in the bag. Everyone needs to be restrained. Starting with Management. Very disappointed.

  If less was possible you'd get it. Took them 30 mins to make 1 frappe. Sat in a drive through spot for 30 mins. You need a whole new staff managers and all, yall are awful

  Avoid this location. They serve nuggets that are frozen together and cooked as such. This is agaisnt food safety as the nuggets won't cook through properly. If they are this lax on something as simple as tossing the double nuggets imagine what else they disregard.
