Ordered online and the order was ready on time, but make sure to let them know you are there for an online order. In the shell peanuts while waiting for them to finish your order.

Placed a second order and even called to make sure they didn't put cheese on it this time. They said of course it will be right this time. Arrived with cheese again! Called back, they acknowledged I ordered correctly and they messed up but they did not offer me anything for the inconvenience. I own 3 retail stores and have owned 2 donut shops. I would have offered to mail out a gift card- I've done this several times when we screw up. I asked and he said that's not what they do. When you screw up blatantly, you should work hard not to lose a customer and have bad feedback and reviews.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
