I called to speak with Jolene and I was told on two separate occasions that she was there, not letting me know she leaves at 11. I drove 40 minutes to get there and they said she wouldn't be back until Tuesday and when I called Tuesday she wasn't there because no one told me she left early and I don't have a break at work until 1pm. We are now 10 days out and have still not been able to order. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to using their cake. I understand they only have one person, but now I am scrambling with no cake and will have to go to someone else.

First, we were able to do a take-home tasting kit with both a vanilla and chocolate cake slice, with 6 fillings of our choice, and decide what we liked best. Then we came in and ordered, and it was a super simple process. One round cake and two sheet cakes were pretty reasonably priced as well. We were able to pick it up on the date we set, and it did really well in transit to Radcliff, KY. We have been fans of Emerson's danishes and donuts for years, but this opened our eyes to some awesome cake options as well!
