  I wanted to leave a review because I know you probably hear more complaints than praise. I originally ordered yesterday and spoke with an automated system and something got messed up, so my pizza never came. I called and spoke with the manager, and I could tell they were short-staffed and doing their best. I ended up coming today, and the manager was incredibly helpful — refunded my order and made me two pizzas on the spot. Everyone was so apologetic and kind, and they really took care of everything. I’ve worked in the food industry before, so I know how tough it can be when you’re understaffed, and they handled it with professionalism and care. I’ll definitely keep coming back — really appreciate the great customer service!

  Visiting Kentucky - from Pennsylvania - we ordered Donato’s pepperoni pizza & it was awesome 💜 Thin crisp crust & the pepperoni was excellent!!!

  I ordered at 10pm, which I know is a little late since the store closed at 11pm. The order I received has a cheese pizza with no sauce. And definitely lacking in the sense of serious cheese. The second pizza I ordered was a specialty bbq chicken pizza with no onions. We received a large pizza with only onions and bacon, again no sauce. Neither pizza was cut. Like what a statement. I would like to think somehow this was an ironic mistake but worth the review. And no brownie dessert made it in my delivery. Donations and doordash for the win.

  Best pizza in the midwest imo. Good price. Never seen one of these left over at a party.

  Awful tonight 4 cold boneless wings should of been 6 Pizza was supposed to have extra sauce and it didn't , the steak hoagie, in which my 79 year old mom was looking forward to , was disappointing
