I mean, I guess I should have expected it, but it was really hard to hear her and the layout of the place was hard to navigate. But we did have a lot of fun! Didn't get enough tickets to get anything though. That was a bummer.
- SHShane HamrickMay 1, 20264.0Its overall a good experience. Food is mid tier and always slow to come out. (This is true for most of the locations I've been too.) Service was very friendly. Games were quick to swap through. Everybody was able to get a turn and move to the next.

An hour before we were supposed to arrive they sent a message through OpenTable informing me that they were closing early for a private event. This was a huge disappointment but also a pain logistically because the parents of the kids who came were then caught off guard rearranging rides at different times than expected. Had we known this in advance, we would’ve gone somewhere else to celebrate the occasion. They even had an event listed on the website for this date for high schoolers from 9-12. We’ve gone to Dave & Busters for years because my daughter’s 16th birthday likes it. This soured our our experience with them, and we probably won’t be back.

You need a lidless can in there if the opening mechanism is broken on the current one. Expecting people to open it after they wash their hands is wild
