  Was very fun and people were friendly. We went when it wasn't very busy so had access to all games. No wait. We were on vacation and went both days. They had a 2.50 unlimited on the 4th amd We took advantage.

  The manager and our server were great. It was our first time visiting a D&B and the family had an evening of fun and entertainment.. the food was also good.

  Visited this location to watch a World Cup game, Melissa was our server and she was super friendly and attentive during the whole time we were there. Great atmosphere and loved the variety of games to play.

  Prices prices prices, 8:00 when I left they had zero customers at any part of the store. Happy hour they have needs to go all night because they are really overpriced I used to get a Corona for 2.50, now it's $6 plus tax. Wake up before you close up Florence

  Went on a Tuesday afternoon for my daughter’s birthday! We’re practically had the place to ourselves!!! Our server was amazing and the absolute sweetest woman! (I wish I remembered her name.) My daughter’s friend spiked her drink and our server was so nice in getting towels to wipe it all down and dry it up and even mopped under the table again… just went above and beyond to clean and make sure my daughter’s friend knew it was ok, and cracking jokes with her… absolutely so sweet!!! After we went to the arcade area to play games!!! Compared to other locations, all the games were actually functional so that alone was a major plus! Then came time to redeem tickets… both girls got some goodies and the birthday girl wanted one more thing…. We were short maybe 450 tickets, but you were able to buy tickets for a few bucks (50 tickets for $1.50 and 100 tickets for $5) like ok not a big deal. The lovely lady at the register had to have a manager, John, over with codes to do everything… well little hiccup, I had a digital card and to put bought tickets onto a card it had to be physical… so for a second I thought I was just going to have to purchase more coins to play more games to get tickets… John fixed everything so fast and efficiently. He suggested just transferring over my digital card to a physical one so we could get the extra tickets needed…. In the end didn’t even charge me for them which was awesome! (I think it was a gesture to the birthday girl honestly which was very sweet of him to do) He was really funny tho when he was transferring my card over… cracked a jokey comment about my total being $81 😂 so I just chimed in like $4000!!!! And we all kinda laughed! Overall great experience and awesome staff!!!
