Large unsavory pieces of skin so hard you cant chew through it. Guessing it makes it in the pan on the line because the knife doesnt go through it either. Please get the cook a timer the chicken quality is sad

Generally I go earlier than I did tonight, but I didnt get off work till late and I was seriously craving Chipotle, but tonight my experience was terrible. I went to order my usual burrito, I asked for cheese and they said they had no cheese at all. Sorry, that's a lie completely and made me angry. They refused to open a new bag because that's more work. I understand they have to date it and rotate products to ensure quality, but to say you have no cheese just because you don't want to do the small amount of work it takes to date it and store it. It's just sad, no manager in site and basically ignoring customers because they want to leave for the night. I was there 40 minutes before close, so its not like I would be keeping them past their normal time. It's just bad customer service. Plus the employees act like giving you extra on free items will hurt their paycheck, its just terrible. Im done going to places like this where the employees think the customer is an inconvenience, if you dont want to take care of your customers or work then maybe find a different job.
- AOAlternative OwlJul 29, 20262.0My app crashed when I made my order and I was not aware of the time I had to pick up my order the lady at the chipotle lane window was very rude towards me when I got there and I apologized for being early but asked her if I could cancel my order because I only had 30 minutes on my lunch break and she said “well I can make it in 10 mins for you but there is like 7 orders ahead of you” Very rude and made me just want to go on the app and cancel and go elsewhere. I understand when it gets busy stress gets high. But there was no reason to be so rude. Not a good experience at all.
