  I love 7B so much. I have had so many issues with the Turfway location sadly. I had an employee not once but twice choose their own tip and got a manager involved the second time. This is now the second time they forgot the espresso in my iced latte😭 im not sure the changes since opening this specific location but I hope it gets better. 7B used to be more consistent than any other coffee shop near me.

  I came to 7brew before work. I had got gas before and the girl with the blue and black curly hair told me my gas cap was open and closed it for me. I also work at a hospital and they gave me a free drink because they had a mess up. It is the best 7brew I have been to in the area. Please tell the girls on shift today at 2pm I appreciate them so much. They made my day so much better!

  My cousin is a MAJOR 7Brew fan. I took her while she was in town to this location. This was my first time to 7Brew, safe to say I have no desire to return to this location. Bright side, drinks were very good! That’s where the good ends though. Every single staff member (3 of them) were rude. First girl asked me what I wanted after my cousin ordered, I excitedly said I didn’t know because I’d never been. She rolled her eyes and told me to just pick a flavor because they have every single flavor imaginable. So I again, asked for a menu, she back talked me and in not so many words, called me dumb. Then she messed up my cousins free drink(my cousin also had to ask if she had one like her app was showing, then ask if she could even use it, after giving her number the employee never acknowledged the free drink), said “oh crap” walked away and never came back. The entire time she was at my car she was leaning her iPad and her weight against her iPad onto my new car, I was trying to be polite so I didn’t ask her to remove her iPad but goodness, if I’d known how rude she was going to be I would have politely asked her not to lean and press her iPad into the paint on my car. She scratched the paint on my new 2026 car as well, guess I should have been braver and asked her to please not to. The next 2 workers started out polite and quickly flipped, I asked for a napkin because the milkshake was running down the side of the cup, after that it was game over. We had to ask for straws, which at the other locations they hand you a drink and ask if you need a straw. They asked if my cousin wanted to use the free drink, she said yes, they said ok have a good day. I asked if I was getting refunded or needed to pay again or how it worked. She was so rude and said I’d be refunded and “bye”.

  It's the only coffee that keeps you with energy.Whether you're working days or nights, I drive from indiana to kentucky, get mine with no ice.So I can have a couple days of coffee. I don't even like coffee.So that tells you how good it is
