  The bright read headed girl knows what’s up. She recommended an amazing drink! will be back. She was very social and gave me a menu to keep she’s great. Music is a little over stimulating though.

  Every time I come to this location they are nothing but rude and nasty ! The employees always have a bad attitude like they are better than me and always give me an attitude when I try to order. It’s disappointing every time I come here and it is close to where I work so it is extra disappointing. The employees are nothing but mean girls who think they are better than everyone. I will not come back here again and I will persuade my friends to never come here.

  Drive through is pretty quick. Coffee is ok and flavors are as expected, not too sweet. My first time there I had to ask what the sizes where because they are not clearly displayed anywhere. 16 24 and 32 if I remember correctly. They gave me a 16 when I ordered a 24 and they were sure about the size. My second time in I asked about sizing again for ice this time and the associate was confused and showed me the cups instead which was much more helpful. Overall, not bad for a "fast food" coffee service. Looking at the app or site ahead is much recommended so you can see what you want with the many options they have along with a good list of Sf too.

  I avoided this place for a long time cause the traffic was a mess and for the longest the lines extended to the road. However, while traveling in Louisville we saw a "Buy one, get one" offer and the line was pretty non existent so I thought I'd try it. Big mistake. I'm hooked. After my initial visit in Louisville I have visited this location quite a few times and I always receive great service. They're always happy to answer questions and make sure we are happy with our order. I have gotten amazing drink suggestions and love coming here for a quick pick me up - shout out to sugar free 7 energy!
