  There doing A good And everyone is very Lucky to have this place here Because StarBucks use to be the only other option around and there coffee is absolutely awful at star bucks

  Just another over-priced coffee shop with incredibly slow service. 15 minutes is too long to wait for a cup of coffee in the middle of the afternoon and not during morning rush hour. Second time I've tried this chain and I just can't figure out what the hype is about. Not going to try any more.

  I don’t know if this location lacks management or what, but the associates are more worried about singing, dancing and chatting with their friends than working. One drink should not take 15 minutes when there are no cars in front of you.

  My names not addy. Previous post was removed. They made my drink wrong (which my husband picked up and bought for me so how would he know it’s wrong) reached out to support to tell them and alls I got was “sorry tell us next time it’s wrong and we’ll remake it” I wasn’t there to tell them that, told them that and they didn’t care just gave me the same generic response. Coffee isn’t cheap and you guys should be fixing your staffs mistakes rather than putting it on the customers.

  Messed up my drink I tried to call but there is no phone line and the store was closed at that time i came back the next day and got nothing from the store but a “we’re sorry you should have came back” I live 20 minutes away and the drink was for my daughter
