  Ate in, order 2 hamburgers with pickle and onion only . Got two double hamburger with cheese so sent back and got two double hamburgers with pickle and onion it, was still wrong . I ordered single hamburger with pickle and onion. Won't eat there again.

  It's good food when it's done right, and fresh. We went through last week and had to hand back some fries because they were dang near room temp. The girl at the window turned around with the window open and said "they want better fries, Oh my God"! I'm not a stiff, because it's fast food, but it's nice, when you pay for food, to get decently warm food. In the medical world cold food on a cart could get a state citation. This is due to the possibility of pathogens to grow. I wanted to give less stars, this was very rude over cold food. But, they have a few girls that work there that make the whole place better. One usually is at the pay window, the other at the serving window. So they saved the stars from falling. They need raises.

  I ordered a Frozen Coke because had so many bad food experiences at this location that I will only buy drinks there.My drink came with a flat lid,not the domed lid & it wasn't filled to the top,so not getting amount of product I paid for.I asked them to put a little more frozen coke in another cup to make it a large as I ordered.She said no &I said well domed lids are for filling with product.She said no,was for expantion.Well I said they shorted me by being not even full with a flat lid.She was very rude about it & I said I will never come back & she slammed the window shut.This place has always messed up my orders & serves cold food & I've never complained,but this is the last straw,& now they are messing with my drinks & I won't be back.At least Taco Bell makes their food hot & fresh & management is always polite.

  They literally messed up my mom's order😡 I asked for biscuits and gravy and my mom wanted 2 plain(idk what she asked for) but they literally gave us a completely different order I hope this McDonald's go's bankrupt and get replaced with a new restaurant This is outrageous 😡

  Bathroom is filthy, lobby is dirty, more time cleaning and less time goofing off does wonders for customer service. Young lady taking orders at counter had a dirty shirt on. Just sad condition from the moment I entered the restaurant until I left. Cold fries as well.
