  Went through the drive through window and when I got home found my sandwich was full of rotten lettuce.

  I know it’s a newer jimmy John’s so I guess they are working out kinks but I’ve been in here 3 separate times and it has been an awful every time. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I can’t do that anymore. Bread is dry not like your normal jimmy johns. First time I went there I got a #9 no tomato extra mayo and what do they do they give me no mayo and extra tomatoes lol. Second time I went in there literally the same thing happened lol. And just went in there a THIRD time and they put tomato on it again!! And put turkey on my #9. This be my last time ever stop at this jimmy johns. Do not waste your time.

  Been here twice and had bad experiences both times. Ordered a sandwich online and didn’t receive it in my hands until 43 minutes later. Meanwhile, people were walking in and going through the drive thru and getting their food in less than 10 minutes. That was absolutely my last trip here. Ended up making me late to work. I don’t know if the onus falls on the employees or the ordering system but it was beyond unacceptable. I’d go literally anywhere else.

  Don't for look for any deliveries that is outside of their parking lot. Im 1.4 miles away.

  Had the Ultimate Italian after a long return flight from out west. The young people here were courteous and provided a sandwich that was the bomb. My wife and I split and 8"sandwich and a bag of chips and we were filled. We missed lunch because of a quick connection and it really hit the spot. I tipped them twice and let them know the way they made the sandwich is way it's ✅ done.
