  I only do pre-order thru the drive thru, but I can say, best people around. But, if you are a "set in ways" eater. Boot leggers= no cheese , extra cheddar on the roast beef one might be too much to digest, and crispy onions are obnoxiously sweet (which I should known by now but I was tired) anyway, if you're on a bike pre-order. I like the roast beef one, I can be a little particular, the food is good

  Man, I used to love getting food here. The crew today was not accommodating whatsoever for an issue with my order. Not even an apology for wasting my entire break to go back there to have it corrected.. the girl seemed careless, the guy on the phone had poor customer service skills.

  Absolute worst Jimmy John's! They need to fire the female working second shift, she will single handedly run this location to the ground. How do you answer for having your sandwich made right in front of you and not even get it right. Everything that I asked for on my sandwich was not present, and the most stale piece of bread that she could give me. I will be contacting the GM, this is the second time that this had happened, and I'm not the only one who had left a negative review obviously involving this person.

  This is the second and last time I am visiting this location first time I said it’s a new location so I let it go … today I tried again the lady at the counter was very unprofessional she didn’t even ask my name for my order after 10 min my food was ready , I picked it up and came home . The order was wrong I call the store and I got I bland sorry and that’s it . The same lady said bring it back and will give you the correct order . I drove back and got my order and I got a look from the lady at the register like it was my fault!! Again a bland sorry and out the door!! Unfortunately i will take my business somewhere else that they will appreciate it more good luck !!!
