- DTdemetrius TuggleAug 12, 20261.0I'm not ever going back to this location. On two separate occasions they served me cold sandwiches. Not only is that gross, it's unsafe to eat undercooked sausage and eggs. It's demonstrates that they take their customers for granted and expect their product will sell regardless of quality. It's dangerous, lazy and greedy. They have aggressive up selling practices which is frustrating and time consuming. For me to ask for a small then have to engage in a negotiation for why I do not want a large is ridiculous, stressful and shows a lack of appreciation for my money. This is fast food restaurant, not a car dealership. The quality of the donuts has always been like eating stale crackers dipped in old candy sauce but again they will sell anything for a buck.

It seems like there's a lack of standardized training, as the quality changes depending on how the espresso and syrups are added. Getting a consistent flavor requires a full pump of syrup and proper technique, which the staff currently seem to struggle with. I hope management addresses this training issue soon. There's a different result when you add espresso to ice before you start adding other ingredients versus if you put it in at the end. Hate paying $6 for a zero flavor. Watered down drink
