  My wife ordered delivery through Dairy Queenat this location,and after waiting 30-40 minutes she received an email that her order had been cancelled. However they still charged her card money for the food we did not receive. She had even called the location about a refund and was told several times to call back and then received a voicemail that she'd be getting a call in regards to someone that can give her a refund, yet never got a call back.Id reccomend picking your orders up if you plan on ordering from here

  While they are always busy, the employees are always so sweet and the chicken tenders are delicious

  Went thru the drive thru , guy told me to give him a minute, he left never came back . After 15 mins , I finally got the attention of a girl working told her just get me a refund , suddenly the guy reappears and throws my food together, so I'm on my lunch break , and have a nice cold lunch to eat . Not the greatest place to grab a quick lunch

  I waited in the drive thru line for 60 mins on Sunday night. Since I placed a mobile order that said my food would be available at 8:41, I entered the drive thru line at 8:35. I did not have my food until 930.. I could not leave the line as I’d already been charged for my food. The worst experience I’ve had in years. Will not return

  This is the worst drive-thru in Erlanger. Good luck getting in or out. As a Dasher, you are best to decline here, just like all the other locations. There is not enough room to even get in to park. It's insanity. The food is NOT worth the difficulty of this parking lot or drive-thru any time of day.
