This time, four servers walked by, saw me waiting, but didn’t acknowledge me. I ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes just to be seated. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, customer service seems to have declined in many places. For what dishes cost these days, and for servers expecting a 20% tip, please improve your customer service.

Such a fun and attentive server and we truly enjoyed our experience which he made even better with his pleasant and fun attitude. All servers should take a class from Ben! Well done sir! And the food was great too!
