  Went through the drive thru it did take a bit but all the food was fresh and hot.

  It might taste good but it's not good for you. Most of your fried products are double dipped to heat them up after you order them. One time I was cooking on the grill and a roach fell off of the hood and fell in the grease trap. I just sat there and watched him squirm. You get used to it after a while.

  So today I came to ralleys after having a rough day anyways. Thought ordering some food would make it a little better. I always ask if someone could reread my order back because sometimes talking to the speaker he gets my order wrong. The young lady at the window with the piercings and the black/brown hair with glasses was very rude when I asked her to reread my order back to me. I was going to call a manager but when I looked at my receipt to get a name it said manager. I really can't believe that a manager had that big of an attitude with a customer because I asked for my order to be read back. I also didn't get any sauces I asked for what's really crazy is that she read my order back to me and I got a large cheese stick so that automatically comes with marinara sauce that I didn't get. She had me so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to go back in to get the sauces I just left. When I got home I was passing out the food to my kids and noticed that I didn't even have my cheese sticks. So she reread me my order forgot my sauces and didn't put my cheese stick in the bag but acted like I was the problem
