I was chosen this month for a free 10 person catered meal for my office. Food was great and fresh, they loaded us up with everything we needed for a great lunch. I am so appreciative that they fed us, we will be ordering lunch from here more often.

My husband and I went to this location yesterday for dinner. Some reason, this location ALWAYS smells like raw sewage inside this building, the tables and floor was disgusting- their was no clean tables to even sit and eat at, we had to ask for a rag out selves and wipe a table/ bench down. Portions were way smaller than usual, the older lady making the food had no intrest in listening to what we wanted on our food. We asked for no beans, she put beans. We ignored it. We asked for brown rice- she put white rice. We asked for it to be remade and she had the WORST attitude I've ever saw. This location is always terrible.

The young man Bruce, did an excellent job. The restaurant was extremely busy, and even though he needed his, what seemed to be a trainee, to consistently go in the back to get items that weren't stocked in the front, he was polite, welcoming and friendly to every customer. Ive worked in restaurants from fast food to high class dining for over 20 years in every position and this young man is a diamond in the rough. I'll be surprised if he's not a district manager or working for corporate in the next 5 years.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Qdoba in Elizabethtown. The customer service was by far the worst part of my visit. When I politely asked about ordering street tacos, the staff member was extremely rude, gave very short and abrupt questions about what I wanted on them, and acted like I was inconveniencing them just by asking a question. Instead of being helpful, she came across as pushy and impatient, which made the entire ordering process uncomfortable.
The dining area wasn't much better. The tables were uncomfortable, making it difficult to enjoy the meal, and the fountain drinks were flat because they were out of carbonation. Between the poor customer service, uncomfortable seating, and low-quality drinks, this was not an enjoyable experience. I hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve friendly service and a better dining experience. Will not ever be back to that restaurant.

Went during breakfast. Grant it they looked like they was doing some sort of catering for someone.
But they have absolutely no food.
The worker was less then eager to be there.
The cheese dip was really good but the chips tasted like a burnt house to the point you couldnt even eat them.
Probably wont go back anytime soon so this was pretty disappointing for our first time.
