  What happened to Gatti’s???… the food used to be pretty good but we just went there for lunch on Saturday (after not having been there for quite a while) and everything was terrible!! They probably had 12 pizzas and 10 of them were just sausage or pepperoni. They used to have specialty pizzas like cheeseburger, taco, cheddar bacon ranch, chicken barbecue, etc. And we waited for a long time to see if they would bring some different ones out and they never did. -and the sausage and pepperoni ones didn’t even taste good! They were dried out and the crust was chewy and stale. And we were there at prime lunchtime! Oh and they never even had cheesy bread sticks the entire time we were there which was probably about 40 mins. -Just so our lunch wasn’t a complete disaster, we waited for about 15 minutes for a s’mores dessert pizza to come out because we knew we could count on that to be delicious., but when it finally came out, it was burnt!!! I couldn’t believe it!!

  This place has really went downhill lately. Nobody working here seems to care at all. We got here and there was no ice or straws at one machine, no plates, and all they had up was cheese pizza and olive pizza. We went up in line the second time and, once again, no plates. Took forever for someone to actually restock them with all these people waiting in line the whole time. Pizzas weren't cut properly and were very difficult to grab. Pizza quality isn't what it used to be either. Many of the plates and cups were dirty. We had a similar experience last time we came here too. This place was a big part of my childhood and it's so sad to see what it's become. Won't be coming back here for a long time. Never if it doesn't improve. I'd give this place 0 stars as it stands right now if I could.

  Its gattis. All of the decent games were broke or unavailable and there were flies every where. The 2 guys and the girl at the ticket counter on sunday 08/16/2026 @ around 5-7 pm were great!

  It’s was not that great the pizza is cold and I’ve seen flyers flying around the pizza and I asked for a two go cups and then she give me one and then she said they didn’t have any and then my mom asked for a two go cup and they told her they had some and they cost 58 cents and never gave her a cup and this is the shittys ms gatti’s ever and I recommend to go the shep Shepherdsville or campbellsville ky they have such great food and they’re service is so great

  Food sit out way to long cold pizza 🍕 asked for to go cup literally lady gave my son one said there was no more then I asked this young girl she said it would cost 58cents for the cup which isn't a big deal but they literally lied and I waited and she kept by passing me ignoring me this us the worst Mr.Gattis ever I recommend shepherdsville ky or Campbellsville ky if you want mr.Gattis they had old food doughie and just plan rude and not fresh had to go through several plates to find a clean one
