  So it was a hot summer day and we decided to take the kids to Mr gatti's after a movie we get there there is maybe a pizza and a half on the buffet restaurants disgusting smell like mold I so I said I'll give it a chance maybe they're just getting more pizza out we pay go to the bar no plates we had to eat on paper napkins then like I said on a hot summer day it was 100° in the building on top of no ice in either machines asked for some more ice and plates was told they will be right out was there about an hour hour and a half and still no ice or plates when we left the food was disgusting so much so that my kids who would eat pizza all day everyday if I let them wouldn't even eat we had to go to McDonald's afterwards but which by the way we're so disgusting that my daughter touched one of the games to play it obviously her hands were black never again will we be going to Mr gatti's

  Need to update the names of food on doordash. The smores pizza is called "chocolate" and I recieved a chocolate pudding pizza instead of the smores like I ordered. Otherwise great food.

  Came here on Sunday 6/14 @12:41 there was barely any pizzas out for people, there was NO napkins, no silverware, NO PLATES!!! People were standing around looking for plates etc and the staff took their time retrieving those items for the customers. I'm not sure what's happened to this place but it's going down hill!

  I was really disappointed with my visit to Mr. Gatti’s in Elizabethtown. The food was below average and, unfortunately, most of it wasn’t hot or fresh. For a place that promotes itself as a family dining and entertainment destination, the food quality simply didn’t meet expectations. The arcade was even more disappointing. It seemed like nearly half of the games were out of order or not functioning properly, and many of the prize machines were either empty or nearly empty. Considering how much money families can spend on arcade games, it felt like a poor value overall. Between the mediocre food, lack of fresh options, broken games, and empty prize machines, it just wasn’t worth the cost. I hope management invests some effort into improving both the restaurant and arcade experience.
